Ben Stanford, PhD, is an Associate Vice President and National Digital Services Lead for Hazen and Sawyer in Denver. Stanford works with utilities to develop leadership strategies and digital implementation programs that help connect people through data and innovative thinking.
Stanford is also a Scholar in Residence at University of Colorado, Boulder, where he teaches courses in Water Reuse and Senior Design. He has conducted a range of science and engineering studies in public health protection. He has over 60 peer-reviewed publications, and his work has been cited over 3000 times in peer-reviewed literature.
He has an MS in Chemistry from Warren Wilson College an a PhD in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
