
Haley Falconer, PE,  is the Deputy Public Works Director overseeing Water Renewal Services at the City of Boise. With a background in engineering and public infrastructure, Haley has driven innovation in utility operations, workforce development, and recycled water.
 
Falconer is responsible for the daily operations of the water renewal utility as well as the development and implementation of the city’s long-term strategic plan and capital improvement plan for water renewal, management of regulations and water quality, and development of the recycled water program.

She practiced wastewater engineering for a private consulting firm in Boise before joining the City of Boise. She is a longtime volunteer for the Water Environment Federation and the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association. Falconer serves on the Civil Engineering Department Industrial Advisory Committee for her alma mater, North Dakota State University. She has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and a Master's in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University.
