Haley Falconer is the Environmental Division Senior Manager for the City of Boise. She is responsible for developing and implementing the city’s long-term strategic plan and capital improvement plan for water renewal, managing regulations and water quality, and developing the recycled water program.

She practiced wastewater engineering for a private consulting firm in Boise before joining the City of Boise. Haley is a longtime volunteer for the Water Environment Federation and the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association. Haley also serves on the Civil Engineering Department Industrial Advisory Committee for her alma mater, North Dakota State University.

Haley has a BS in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University and an MS in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University.
